childhood friend got confused abt my gender identity
Post Body

(im a nonbinary lesbian btw)

it was my cousin's 18th birthday party the other day and they're still friends with our friend from childhood. i havent seen this girl since i was a kid nor do we follow each other on any form of social media but since we knew each other from way back then we talked a lot. we were in charge of setting up decorations so i was mostly wearing my brother's old clothes (since its more comfortable) and i dont rlly talk or act feminine. eventually we were done so i went home first to shower and get ready. i wore a dress, styled my hair, wore make-up, etc. my cousin's party theme was cottagecore so i put in some effort

CF almost didn't recognize me when we saw each other again at the party. She said "YOU'RE SO PRETTY??? honestly idk if ur a guy or a girl but damn" and im like GENDER AFFIRMED but rlly i just laughed lol
