I know this is probably stupid and I’m stupid. But a few months ago I was sexually abused by this older man. And I’m freaking out really bad right now, I feel like it’s happening again and it’s hard to breath. I really don’t know what to do. Please could anyone help, I feel awful. And I’m awful
