PrEP Issues?

No idea if this is a good group to post this in but maybe someone can help me out?
I am trying to take to Truvada for PrEP, but literally every time I take it I vomit. Iām AFAB, there are no other PrEP drugs tested on AFAB people I can try. Does anyone have a similar experience and know what I can do so that I can tolerate this medicine? My doctor has not been helpful.
