I was recently sexually abused by an older man online. I am a gay teen boy. I am really struggling to find resources or help about my situation.
I’ve been having panic attacks almost every day when I think about it. Or when I see something that reminds me of it, or about him, or even being touched at all.
Most resources I find are either more directed to women, which I understand why. Or don’t mention online things.
And I wish I was just being over dramatic. Everything hurts. I just want to feel normal again.
Can anyone point me toward anything? Or at least make me feel like I’m not just going crazy?
