Trans non-binary people: If gender just a social construct...
Post Body

A thought occurred while having a conversation with a trans woman:

For those of you who believe gender is totally made up, and an otherwise irrelevant social construct imposed on us (I'm partial to this idea)...

How do you feel about the concept of LGBT/LGBTQIA . If you were to gatekeep, do you include allies? Do you feel it's an equally unnecessary social construct? Or maybe a necessary one to combat traditional gender roles, amatonormativity, and shame around sexuality?

Please share some new ideas with me! 👁️‍🗨️
