Comfortable in my gender, but also questioning it?
Post Body

Iā€™m a 24 year old bi dude who goes by he/him pronouns. Iā€™ve struggled with self-esteem issues regarding my own masculinity and not feeling masculine enough but most people seem to perceive me as masculine and Iā€™m okay with it.

That being said, as Iā€™ve gotten older, Iā€™ve put more thought into my perception of my own gender. I donā€™t experience dysphoria or anything, but I donā€™t consider the man label to be super crucial to my overall identity.

Letā€™s say I woke up in a parallel universe where I was AFAB and raised as a girl, but my brain from the ā€œregularā€ dimension was in that body. I donā€™t think Iā€™d experience any dysphoria. I think Iā€™d be totally cool with being a woman, but Iā€™m comfortable enough being a man to the point where transitioning doesnā€™t feel remotely necessary.

Is there a name for this? Am I gender neutral, genderqueer? Should I consider going by he/they?
