Is there any official relation terms for a non binary or other gender

Post Body
I was chatting with my friend on how my sister identifies as they/them now and non binary.
They I made the joke, wait I don't have a sister anymore I have they them? Or would that just be siblings. Oh that's my sibling.
But with all jokes aside, I wondered is there any neutral terms for traditionally binary terms such as parents, siblings, or other relational binary terms.
