I recently started to actively notice when anything LGBT is in any kind of media and it makes me happy to see, so I would like to know what are your favourite things out there!
Last year I played Timespinner, a very nice Metroidvania game where you play as a female protagonist. If you invest some time talking to NPCs, you get to fall in love with another woman which later reveals to be trans as well. Even tho it's just a small thing, I absolutely loved this detail and made me appreciate the game even more.
I'm also a big fan of romantic anime and recently watched my first "Girl Love" (basically lesbian romance) anime called Bloom into you which is in my opinion probably one of the best romantic stories I've ever seen. After finishing the anime I immediatly bought every manga there is of that.
Also planning to watch Blue is the Warmest Colour in the future.
I'm also aware that sadly many of the stuff I'm getting into might still be targeted to (hetero) cis-male audiences, which applies to me, but I would also love to consume media that is a good representation of the LGBTQ community in general
Bands, that sing about these subject's, I like are Two and a Half Girl and Softcult / Courage my Love.
The only Singer/musician I'm fully aware of being non-binary iirc would be Dorian Electra
