Which states are safe without snow?

Trans in TN. If the governor signs the bill requiring id's be sex assigned at birth, I think I'll leave. Too much cortisol, sadness. Actually bought a pistol to protect myself in public spaces since the hate is ramping up. Not a way to live.
Question is, where to move to without snow? Colorado is kinda purple than blue state?
