Hey all! I'm Rowan, and in California looking for a group to play with online. My available times are fairly flexible. I'm open to pretty much anything, just looking to make some friends and get back to playing again. I played regularly for about 5 or 6 years, then had to stop for college. I graduated last year, and am now finally finding the time and energy to want to dive in again. I tend to enjoy roleplay and problem solving, but also love playing with mechanics as far as combat goes.
I'm primarily looking for D&D, I've got a slew of character sheets raring to go that I'm extremely excited to play as. More specifically I'm free thursday-saturday after 12pm pst, or wed/Thurs right at midnight (for long distance, in case yall are in other timezones- I'm a night owl!)
Recently have struggled to find a group- one featured some really intense topics and a lowkey uncomfortable DM to work with, the next was AMAZING but the DM decided to close our game due to friction between a player and themself. So.... here I am again, shaking my tin can and yodellin' for someone to help me get my D&D fix!!! Have mercy! :'3
A bit about me personally, I love board games, roleplaying, card games (especially MTG), digging into lore, learning languages, and video games. Somehow I'm like 1000000 years behind on films, so if any of yall love sharing favorite movies with friends, I'm always all ears! I'm a huge fan of Eastern and western cartoons and animation, love music (metal and funk in particular), and will share lots of pictures of cool bugs and cute frogs if u want. I think 3.5 was my favorite, and I loved loved loved Dragonlance and dark sun. I'm also down to try things other than D&D!
Anyhow, if anyone needs or is accepting members , I'd love to hear about your campaigns and characters! Feel free to comment or dm!
