WELL MET, STRANGERS!
First and foremost, I'm looking for players of any experience to do a homebrew campaign with! I'm looking to ideally run a couple groups through a one shot in the same universe and ideally end up with a group of awesome people to adventure with, regardless of experience.
I'm more of a story focused DM so if you're interested in exploring the mysteries of generic homebrew world, that would be perfect. I'm a big fan of character motivations and weaknesses, as well as hidden and clear agendas for characters. I of course won't focus solely on character's backstories in the first adventure, but I will absolutely sprinkle in little bits.
As for the nuts and bolts, I don't have a set time that I would like the campaign to take place, but rest assured that it will be in the evening, central standard time. I would ideally like to play every couple weeks, but it really depends on how the first session goes!
I'm not a rule junkie, in fact I'm likely less experienced than most players on the finer points. If minor slip ups in rulings bother you as a player, I will warn you up front that it will happen at some point down the road.
If I have said anything that interests you, I invite you to add me on Discord at Dojima#4403! I would love to know a bit about yourself and what excites you about D&D!
Summary:
- Story centered home brew campaign
- Doing a one shot that is a precursor to the main adventure to get to know players and see if we mesh
- Not a rule junkie, slightly inexperienced
- Sessions times are to be determined, but will be in the evening, CST
- Focused on character development and political intrigue
