Hello players! I am looking for 4 to 6 players to play in a game with me. I am looking to hammer out a new game setting, and story that I eventually plan to use for premium games. But this is open to everyone who is 18 and while I recommend you have some amount of D&D experience, I am more than willing to work with and help new players.

A few key things to note: There will be some home brew things, a few items, variant human races as options.

I will be running the game using the variant rest rules in the DMG, so short rest is 8 hours, and long rest is 1 week.

It will be starting at level 1, ability scores will be determined by a custom Array on the stronger side to help compensate with the more difficult rest options.

The game will be 50/50 rp to combat, but I encourage RP heavily. Expect a slow burn when it comes to leveling up, and I prefer players to take their time with any sort of decisions, and exploration.

The story will be linear, but I create plenty of open spaces to encourage exploration to make the story not a railroad experience. I also encourage creativity when problem solving.

To reiterate the title game will be Sundays at 12pm EDT. We will be using Discord for communication, Foundry for the VTT, and D&D beyond for character creation, I have all the essential books and can either buy or craft something you want, just let me know.
