Me and my boyfriend just started a campaign based on Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time world (the books not the amazon series), he is DM'ing it and we're both falling in love with D&D as a result. It's the first time we play D&D (I tried once or twice before but it never clicked like now) and we had a few people interested in starting the campaign with us, but they were either interested in D&D but not WoT, or the opposite, or the scheduling didn't workout so we just started a campaign with 1 player and 1 DM and it is awesome! I finally get why people love playing D&D. 😁

We would like to have more people in the campaign with us eventually, he wants to learn the mechanics abit better before adding people, but just throwing it out there to see if people would like to join our campaign.

It is set in the year 566 NE, my character is a Taraboner wilder who was just found by an Aes Sedai (which happened in our first session), so part of our campaign will be heading to Tar Valon, trainning there, and eventually it will tie off with the hunt of the horn. We could do a side campaign that parallels this one in the same timeline and or meeting other characters along the way, (more Aes Sedai especially in Tar Valon would be cool asf, or more wilders or in fact just more anything, I love this world soo much! Hahah)

Hit me up if you're interested in joinning 😃 also HMU if you ever came accross a conversion of the Wheel of Time for 5e as we only have the 3e rn.
