Looking for a new place to live

I know this is probably a shot in the dark but what the hell. I'm hoping to find a small 2 bedroom house somewhere in the country or at least away from all the crazy city noise. It would be nice to find a quiet farm with a little house where I can do some work and get a discount on the rent. I have downloaded every rental app and checked every website I can find and came up with nothing. Does anyone have an idea of another avenue I can take to find what I'm looking for?
