PCP that will do a prior authorization

Insurance just decided last month that they will no longer cover the ADHD meds I've been taking for a decade, without a prior authorization from a doctor.
My pcp at FPA flat refuses to do the PA. He wants me to start trying alternatives. I've been taking ADHD meds since the 4th grade and I'm 37. I'm not interested in doing the elimination process of trying to find something that works and doesn't cause stomach and sleep problems. I just need a doc who isn't so precious about the PA.
