I am moving soon, and considering the option of totally changing my life moving downtown, and being way more social. Moving from out of state, covid, work from home, I am single with few friends. My mind was blown when I saw how packed downtown is on a Friday/Saturday night though. It seems like all those bars and restraunts have apartments/condo's above them? But it's like there has never been a online listing of them being for sale or rent? Excluding some multimillion dollar condos I can't find any condos in the area at all. The few things for rent look cheap and gross.
I think it would be so cool to just be out meeting people, and have the option of saying "Hey, I live right there points, if you want to hang out and drink cheaper." But only housing listings I can really find are trashy or might as well take an uber and not downtown at all.
