Events happening the weekend of 9/22

I am going to be in the Lexington area for most of the month of September. For some reason, all the hotels in and around Lexington are sold out or very expensive the weekend of 9/22. I tried calling the hotel I am staying at to see if there is an event in town or what is happening that weekend but they couldn't give me an answer. I see a couple concerts but am I missing something?
