I’ve started lexapro a little less then 2 weeks ago and have perpetually felt worse and worse. I’ve been having flu like symptoms, incredibly bad insomnia that has effected me going into work (I get up at 3am for my job) I’ve had constant headaches, extreme lethargy and muscle aches and recently confused states and depressed thoughts and moods. I haven’t been able to go into work. I know that these types of medications can have a rough couple of weeks to start but this is way worse then when I started sertraline or Wellbutrin. Has anybody else had this severe of a start and it gotten better or should I stop and get in touch with my doctor about trying something else.?
