3 weeks having intrusive/suicidal thoughts and high anxiety

I've been on lexapro 10mg for almost 3 weeks there's been high and lows my depression went down but anxiety been skyrocketing. Past couple days been really bad with panic attacks and intrusive/suicidal thoughts at night .Work has been miserable .Thinking about quitting don't know if it's work or meds or combo.my emotions are all over the place .
