How is Wellbutrin different?

My vagina is dry AF and I can’t orgasm. Sex it’s important to me. For those that quit lexapro and went on Wellbutrin instead what’s the difference? How did you feel different? Did it still help with your depression and how so? For background info I’m also on vyvanse. It sucks cause I love that lexapro keeps my mood stable and my emotions so leveled.
