I don't know what to do. I don't know if it's working.

I've been taking it for about two months. I've had ups and big downs. Like I don't even know it it's working or that if my life and issues are always so much that it nullifies the lexipro. I don't know weather to ask for a dosage upage or ween myself off. Idunno I'm jus so lost and don't know what to do. Idunno I jus think that I'm going thru so many life issues over the past two years fuck I have no idea
