Hi all,
I have been anti-med (hate taking even tylenol) my whole life. Problem is, I have a good amount of trauma from childhood that my girlfriend has convinced me to address it versus just dealing.
My anxiety causes me to not eat for a week or so at a time, sweating, heartbeat all that jazz (lack of eating is the worst)
Talked with my therapist and psychiatrist and she put me on Lexapro. Truthfully, I am a bit scared, as I have only taken it one day, but so far, just some nausea.
Starting at 5mg and then after a few weeks, I talk with the psychiatrist again about potentially going to 10mg.
Thanks!
