Hi I'm 53yrs old male with DNMT3A mutation,I finally got a Hospital to pay attention. University of Chicago medical excepted me and now had me enroll in NIH cancer institute research study for DNMT3A mutation. Seems hematologist can't figure out what's going on with me. Bone marrow scarring hip,pelvis, spine,ribs,sternum and head. I have 3 tumors in my head,t-4,sternum and ribs. You can see them,feel them yet they claim there not visible on imaging. No infection,tuberculosis on and on. I'm deteriorating rapidly. Dnmt3a mutation goes both myelodysplastic and myeloid proliferative with over lap. Yet no treatments and no help. It's chemotherapy and radiation resistant. People have had bone marrow transplant yet dnmt3a returned. My father has AML with every male having a forum of leukemia in our family. Anyone else have DNMT3A mutation with unresolved issues?
