[Discussion idea] Skip using millibits, microbits or nanobits. Go straight to using satoshis but don't call them satoshis

People don't do well with fractions or decimals, but they do fine with whole numbers up into the millions, so that is what we should use. And we should future proof it as much as we can. The network, at its base level, already deals with transactions in satoshis, we should too. While calling them satoshis is nice and all I don't think Satoshi really cares about the honorific, other wise he would have stuck around to take credit for his creation.

Adoption is our biggest problem, and everytime the media says satoshi, it reminds people that they fear the unknown and Satoshi is an unknown.

Credits is a much better term to use. People will understand credits. This also lets us talk about the Bitcoin network and the currency separately.
