I just rendered a video but the colours are messed up and the video is very stuttery

As the title says I have just rendered my first video in ages and when I watch it back ithe colours mess up (what it should look like: http://prntscr.com/aonnqk vs what it does look like: http://prntscr.com/aono13)
Not sure what i did but It was fine in editing and rendering. I have uploaded the video to YT to see if it was the player i was using to watch it and its messing up there as well so...
Any ideas?
