Can't drop items

Hey yall, so I've been playing lethal company with mods with my friends for a while and I recently got another friend to join us but he has a game breaking glitch none of us have encountered before and we got no clue how to fix it. Essentially one he picks something up he's unable to drop it or interact with anything afterwards, I thought it was just that but it also duplicates in his inventory? I'll provide pictures but I'm really lost on this.
