Hi all, so about a year ago, I received my certification in BodyPump. My initial track was 122 track 4 or Back. My form was atrocious and stage fright was front and center. By far, my biggest hurdle was timing. Obviously, since getting certified, I've grown and improved but now, my timing issues have resurfaced during my core timing.
My live training was last weekend and I was allocated track 3 of release 52, in my opinion, probably the most difficult in terms of timing.
I've received a review of pass pending due to the issue, which is a relief, since there's lots of room for improvement. The strange thing is, I can keep count and hit every rep of the rows and wood chops when using only bodyweight. The moment I use a band or plates, I lose feel for the music and my form and balance suffer as well.
I'm convinced the issue is due to mental and physical fatigue and have decided to take a few days off from training to see if it helps but I wanted to put it out there to see if anyone had any advice to offer.
Sorry for the long winded post...
Thanks in advance....
