Looking for something that starts slow, because reasons. My life has a lot of moving pieces so I need to be sure anyone looking to become a part of it is fully informed before signing up, so to speak. I want give that person as much time as she needs to make that decision and slow is the only way I know how to do that.

Brass tacks, I am a single (eg - only) parent who works full time. I generally lose folks when they realize after we talk for a while that they don't want to compete with my son and job for my time and energy when there are people around without those things (usually just the first) in their lives, who are equally attractive, kind, smart, and funny. That being said, I will make time for the right lady whenever and wherever I can. Also, if you are in my same boat, the more the merrier. I certainly won't look down my nose at someone who has the same or similar life challenges to those that I do.

About you:

My only really hard and fast rule is that pillow princesses need not apply. Also, I am looking primarily for women near my own age, but am not opposed to age gaps of shorter than 12-13 years to my junior, or 7 years to my senior. My most recent ex was a 13 year difference younger and our amicable split had nothing to do with that. Maturity level will be evaluated on a case by case basis. I have met women my own age who act like absolute children, and women 16 years younger than me who are more mature than I am in some ways. I figure if you've made it through school or have been a working adult for nearly 10 years I won't dismiss you out of hand simply because you're younger than me.

I don't really have a physical type apart from tending to be attracted most to women my height or shorter, who present traditionally femme to femme of center tomboy. You don't have to be in perfect physical shape (I am not but I work a physical job) but some effort in that regard is preferred. You don't have to enjoy everything I do, but a woman who is as comfortable in heels as she is in wellies would be an ideal fit. Not necessarily looking for high femme unless you are also ok with getting your hands dirty or breaking a nail sometimes. Enjoyment of homebody (cooking at home, movies/TV on the couch or in bed, etc), the occasional night out to a gallery or work event (I work in the alcohol industry), and outdoor activities (primarily camping) is a huge plus. I am also open to new things so if you're into stuff I'm not I am down to learn/enjoy things outside what I usually do to occupy my free time. I don't currently have pets (planning to) but don't mind if you do. You don't have to drink, or consume substances other than alcohol. I occasionally do. I only do things that are still recognizable in their plant forms. If that isn't clear enough, ask.

About myself:

Physical)

I do currently have one picture post with my face in it, though I'm in a costume so I am happy to provide others once we have started talking.

I am 5'9", athletic build, currently a bit overweight (my height and frame carry it pretty well). I am absolutely not opposed to being enticed back into the gym more regularly and I won't take much convincing.

I have a blonde (natural, darker but not quite light brown) mullet-hawk that I usually hide under a trucker hat and have blue eyes that I hide behind sunglasses.

Regular dress consists of 501's and a t-shirt/button down, a hoodie, and one of my various pairs of work boots, but I clean up pretty nice too.

Personality)

Feel free to creep my commentary and posts if having read this far has somehow failed to give you any insight into my mind. I am fairly active (in spurts) in a few of the WLW subs, and a couple of other non community subs. Folks laugh at things I say often enough that I believe myself to be reasonably humorous. I know myself to be intelligent, kind, thoughtful, loyal, and sweet.

When issues arise I tend to play the devil's advocate (with myself and others) as I feel that consideration of as many perspectives as is reasonable is beneficial prior to making (particularly important) decisions about things. I believe that there are many things which are not just cut and dry or black and white. I will not hesitate to speak up for myself if I feel I am being treated unfairly. I am not religious, nor anti religion.

I do not have any kinks that I need fulfilled, but am happy to participate in a variety of activities in that regard if requested. On that subject, I would best be described as versatile, though I lean more to the top side of that spectrum. I am not looking to be anyone's domme at the moment, but am open to disussion.

I grew up Mormon, so if you're local and have that same background we'll probably have a few things in common. I come from a pretty large family, all sisters.
