This post might ramble a bit as I think and type, so I'll do the best I can. I've never made a post like this before, so I tried to look at others to get an idea. In the end, I'm just going to go with a friend's advice I was given just last night when I needed a pep talk: "just be you. Text or face to face.. be honest, be you.. joke 'em if they can't take a fuck." So, here we are, and I'm going to be (probably naively, I feel) upfront and honest, even if it makes me look bad at first.

Like the title says, I'm 25. My name is Tristan, and I feel it's gender-neutral enough that I don't need to change it. In case you're bad with acronyms like me, I'm a TransFemale (I worried "TW" would be read as "Trigger Warning"); I've been on HRT for 6 months as of 09/23/21. I've gotten some results in the waist, chest, and hips, but the face hasn't caught up yet, so I'm sorry if appearances aren't the best. As a whole, I'm a project in progress. :P

I'm working on myself and trying to move forward with some mental hang-ups (undiagnosed, so take it with a grain of salt, but mild anxiety and depression; overall, I've got a good handle on it) to better myself. I'm a Taurus (I like the natal birth charts, but not into the horoscope stuff), an INFJ personality, and once I get to know you, I can be occasionally silly and often witty.

I've only been in one relationship that lasted about 4 months, and I've not done much sexually. I don't know where my sex drive is on the spectrum physically, though I find fun in other aspects (mental, emotional, psychological). I'm hoping I can find someone that can compliment me. I think I'd classify myself as a "gentle top" - I like being the one in control (or at least having some form of control if you're bratty), but mentality-wise I'm not a harsh or dominating person. That's my preferred mood, but sometimes I can be switchy. ;)

• Things I like: anime, fantasy books, webcomics, video games (PC and Playstation 4), Final Fantasy (favorite pairing is Lightning / Fang), fanfiction (for some fandoms), Star Wars EU
• Things I'm looking for in a partner: honesty, compassion, communication, spontaneity (the zest of life, and enriching mine), a bit of brattiness and/or sass, supportive
• Things I'm flexible on: drinking in moderation (I'm a light/social drinker), 4/20 friendly (I don't smoke myself, but I don't have an issue if you do it responsibly financially)
• Things I'm not flexible on: smoking (I'm sorry, but I've seen enough damage from that over the years in my mom) is the only thing that comes to mind
