I am single and a lesbian but I'm not really actively looking to date right now for a reason I am willing to discuss more. This may change but not right now.

Just looking to make friends with some lesbians or bisexual women in the area. I like to discuss politics, conspiracies, global news, funny trends, morality etc. In terms of active hobbies: going to the gym with friends is fun, hiking, gardening, shooting, road-tripping, thrifting and just exploring. If you hunt or fish and want to bring someone along I'll go. I'm willing to try new things like rock wall climbing, wood-working, archery etc other active hobbies you may have. Just no skiing. I won't do that.

I have some opinions that irritate people on both sides of the political aisle so that's why I feel outcast. Just to give examples (so people know what they are getting into): I think what has happened in Gaza at this time is a genocide and displacement will continue in the West Bank in pursuit of an ethnostate. I do think RFK Jr would be the best nominee (unlikely to pass) to come out of Trump's presidency. I am in support of radical change to our healthcare system towards universal healthcare. I support border security and removing illegal criminals from this country. I am against the expansion of the surveillance state and speech monitoring. Lastly, the general attiude toward service workers on the tipping subreddit to me is sociopathic and lacking in any empathy.

I know I have a big heart and cry during sad movies pretty regularly but I think in the current climate of our country people are very hostile to one another. Conservatives tend to be more open to my opinions but they seem to lack empathy in regard to several areas. I am too conservative for most progressive Democrats since I am in favor of certain arguments for morality which conflicts with an anything goes approach. I'd describe myself as a conservative Social Democrat, essentially.

Anyway, if you are at all still interested in talking with me maybe we can be friends. I'm open to discussion with all walks of life who are WLW but prefer those closer in age to myself.
