Hi all, I'm Ana 31F from Mexico.

I'm looking for connection, mutual support and understanding, someone to be affectionate and laugh with. Ideally something long-term, but don't want to rush things either. I've never been in a LDR but I'm open to it. The road to my heart is paved with cuddles, greasy spicy food and compliments on my foreign language abilty. My love language is gifting postcard sized watercolors with a corny message on the back (it will be my 3rd or 4th try). I'm monogamous, so poly, threesomes, etc. are off the table and a dealbreaker.

I'm mostly a homebody, but enjoy visiting museums, hiking and cycling every now and then. I'm learning Japanese. I like reading, watching shows and videogames like most. I'm currently reading the Life of Pi but enjoy other genres. I got a recorder but haven't made much progress as I'm concerned about my neighbors' sanity. I'm an introvert, so not a fan of partying or large social gatherings. I'm not super into exercise, I will go walk for half an hour or so, or whip out the yoga mat for 15 minutes and call it a day. I like learning about the darker sides of life, but I'm also into the childish and joyful, like going to the local playground at midgnight or rewatching ATLA. I'm not really into politics, but I guess my values best align with the American left.

Goals-wise I'm applying for the Japanese government scholarship this year in the hopes of starting my master's in Environmental Managemente next April. In a few years I'd also love to study a master's in Taiwan, or maybe in China. I'm working on building up my career to be a mix of soil science and urban planning. I want to contribute to making cities more resilient in the face of climate change.

I have 2 types of dealbreakers: 1) It's a dealbreaker because even though I'm sure you're wonderful it would represent a pretty significant incompatibility: non-monogamy, aro-ace, you want / have human children, highly spiritual or religious, you use weed or similar often. 2) It's a dealbreaker because if you fit the description you suck: bigotry (transphobia, racism, classism, etc.), admires billionaires, thinks butt-wiggling is lame.

As for looks, I'm 4'11', a few extra pounds, short black hair, tomboyish (?), pro-natural body hair. I don't really have a type, don't care about most things like height, presentation, whether cis or trans, etc. it's nbd as long as we vibe.
