Hi all, I'm a 32 year old with a great passion for military history and animals. I live in the UK's South West and am lucky to have enough space for my 14 pet quail, cats and ducklings. I literally don't stop talking about them, just know that you're warned.

I am looking for a serious relationship, could be distance within the UK or Western Europe, mostly I'm looking for a connection. I think I might be demi but in any case, a strong connection matters way more to me than looks.

Honesty and openness mean a lot to me. I like helping people out and enjoy being part of the community. I tend to swing between being overwhelmed by life (honestly, ducklings are such a handful!) and having the energy to come up with all sorts of plans. (I recently completed a sheep shearing course, it was fun but I won't be a professional any time soon). I find life fascinating and there are so many things to try and experience, it's great!

I am described as calm, chatty if I know you, sweet and honest. I have a strong moral compass and think of myself as a realistic optimist. Physically I'm 178, 75kg, tomboy with a long plait, glasses and apparently a young look.

I like reading, sci fi tv shows and disaster documentaries, cross stitching, gardening, hiking and board games.

What I hope for in a partner is that someone to spend weekends together regularly, play board games, chat in the evenings about life and adopt at least a dog together.
