Putting myself (31F cis) out there to see if I can find my person along the way. I’m Mexican American and am born & raised in SoCal.

My style is definitely tomboyish or chapstick, as I’m most comfortable in a tshirt, jeans, and my Vans for that chill SoCal vibe. I’m 5’~2” but that won’t stop me from being your big spoon, I’m plus-size and working on it, I’ve got wavy curly brunette hair past my shoulders, blue eyes, and I wear glasses full time.

I’m not a gamer or into anime but have no problem if you are. Growing up I was always riding BMX bikes, and going camping, to the beach or dirt biking/offroading with friends & family. I have always loved extreme sports and either try to get into doing them myself, or try to go watch these events when possible. A fun weekend for me would be to go camping and then looking up at the stars while sitting around a campfire. A relaxing weekend for me would possibly be a quick trip up or down the coast to stay at a nice hotel and just relax by the pool. Other activities I enjoy are: cooking, gardening, going to the movies, finding new restaurants to try out, money talk saving/investing and just generally exploring new places to check out. I’m sure there’s other things but let’s leave that open for conversation.

I’m passionate about my career, but I’ve learned to find a good work-life balance so I’m not completely absorbed by it. Work tends to keep me local to SoCal (LA/OC/IE -> SD), but I do sometimes travel to other job locations in NorCal and occasionally out of state.

I very rarely drink, but occasionally will have a beer (preferably a michelada!) while watching baseball or football, and if it’s a hot summer night don’t mind relaxing in the backyard with a refreshing mojito. I don’t smoke, and am ok with someone smoking pot…I mean it’s legal in CA 🤷🏽‍♀️ but please don’t make this your identity. I do tend to have more of a masculine energy and don’t mind if my partner does either. Sending memes and joking around is a love language of mine, along with touch(…I’ll be your cuddle bug) and intimacy when the time is right (I’m a tad demi and just appreciate wholesome conversations and getting to know someone first before moving on to anything else.)

I hope to find a monogamous woman between 30~40 who can either be on some of the same wavelengths or we find that our energies compliment each other. I understand the ambitious type, but hope she isn’t absorbed by work either and has an idea of where she wants to go next in a relationship. I’m not needing to text all day everyday since I know we’d both have our own lives and commitments, but I appreciate communication if someone needs to pause the convo and come back to it later. I appreciate the natural flows of life and understand we’re not always at 100%, but I think as long as you can be 1% better each day (relative to the person), that’s what matters.

I’m pretty approachable but I don’t want to waste anyone’s time so I’ll let ya know if I’m not feeling the vibe and hope you would respectfully bow out on your end if you feel the same. I’m open for Reddit chats, and no I do not have Discord, Snap, or TikTok. At this time I’m not open to any LDR (~250 miles) as I’ll want to physically meet you in person should things go well.
