Are these coats too oversized on me now?

I lost a lot of weight so I'm having to replace most my wardrobe, but the trench coat wasn't cheap, and it's not easy to find a wool coat that length. Frustratingly I got them trying to accept my size, then one abusive relationship later I'm not that size anymore. I'm considering taking them to a tailor if they're unbearably big now so suggestions for affordable tailors in Toronto and also welcome.
