ADVICE PLEASE!! I dropped my leopard gecko while in its travel carrier!!

I was carrying my gecko in its travel carrier and the top wasn’t connected well and came off. The cage fell on the ground with my gecko in it. He seems fine but he has a small scratch, so it’s not bleeding or anything but is it going to get infected or something?! I’m really worried and feel super bad bc it was a hard fall.
