Post Body

My older male gecko (almost 15) had been shedding a lot lately and always had trouble getting it off the last few months, so I’d soak him and take it off. Last night I saw him start his shedding before I went to bed, so I planned on helping him with his toes (the part he has most trouble with) when I woke up. But today I noticed that overnight, he didn’t even get half the shed off. when I picked him up to put him in the bowl, he was stiff in my hands, like he didn’t know he was being lifted, but he started moving a few seconds after so I assumed he was just asleep. I put him in to soak a few minutes with a shedding side and when I took him out, he wasn’t moving. I layed him down and have been watching him, but he hasn’t moved in 10 minutes and isn’t responsive. Should I keep him warm and wait a few hours? Or did he pass? I know it’s most likely what happened, but I’ve had him so long, I don’t wanna believe it. And I don’t want to leave his sister alone. He was my first pet.
