What's up the green door?

I saw posts about them but the latest one is from almost a year ago, and last Friday me and my mom drove past and she pointed out how there were so many people there (which, honestly, I didn't expect my mom to say anything about it,nor did I expect her to know what that place is.)

So my question is what was happening then/ currently happening with the green door?

Edit: I do appreciate the humorous responses, but my chronic curiosity about things needs to be quenched: what is currently happening at the geen door and what type of people go there?
