Nurse jobs lvhn vs slhn?
Post Body

I’m moving to upper bucks county and looking to switch hospitals from working in Philly. I’ve read on a lot of threads about culture between both networks but ultimately I’m interested in pay. What are hourly rates for experienced nurses? Weekend/night differential? Perdiem rates? Any insight is appreciated!

Comments

I can definitely share what rates are like for lvhn, they just recently bumped all base rates for new grads and experienced nurses and the average rate I’d see for someone with say 5 years experience is around ~$45 or so. From 3-11 the differential is 8% and after 11pm it’s 10%. No weekend diff unfortunately. And base rate for per diems is about $53 but keep in mind that weekend program and per diem RN’s are not offered any incentive for extra shifts and will only get their base rate. Hope that helped!
