Should I buy set retiring this year first? Or 2018 sets I don't have yet?

Trying to collect all Lego Harry Potter set since 2018. Should I buy the oldest sets I don't have yet first like the quidditch set, whooping willo and bricktober pack? Maybe work my way up? Or should I get the quidditch trunk, Hogwarts Express and hogsmead station, and Expecto Patronum first? Since they might retire this year or soon. Or should I get other stuff like Grindelwald place what ever is most expensive first.
