Great Hall MOC ideas

Finally decided to start on a couple MOC ideas I’ve had kicking around for a while. What’s the best way of getting pieces? I was on Bricklink, but saw that so many of the items were kitted out at like 100 pieces per each—I can use some of them in that amount, but not all—are all of the listings like that, or do I need to keep clicking around to find individual pieces?
