What 2018-2020 castle sets should I buy first.

Wondering what castle set I should buy first. I don't own any of them but do own all the newer modular castle sets. I think the great hall is the way to go but the characters are more basic and not as unique as the other sets. Trying to get all Lego Harry Potter sets since 2018.
