I know a lot of people are saying “Stay on Target” is one of the best but I’d rank it the third best farming stage, mainly because there’s a glitch where if you go into free play, the game won’t let you change ships, and at one point if you complete all the episodes, you’ll get a couple ships that don’t have guns. Basically if you’re out of luck, you’ll be stuck with that no-gun ship on a stage where you need guns to progress. (Which reminds me of a glitch in episode 9 with the captain phasma fight, you can swap characters like it’s in free play).

My personal favorite is “A Skip and a Jump” from episode 9 since it’s really quick, it’s a trench run mission so you’re guaranteed the millennium falcon, and I noticed that your character determines who you target but in this stage it’s just tie fighters, no rebels or anything like that aside from you.

For that last reason above, “Now This is Podracing” is my second favorite. There are more things to do but you have to be sure you’re in a ship with guns and a hero/Jedi class, otherwise there is a chance the game will make you target the rebels instead, giving you no progress to end the mission until you realize what happened.
