Mario Hat Glitch on PS Now

I’ve been playing LEGO Undercover through the PS streaming service. I’ve gotten all the red bricks except the one on liberty island. Finally I looked it up and saw that you are supposed to get it when you slide down the zip line from the top of the statue. However, the only thing there is a blue LEGO stud. Is this a fixable glitch or am I just doomed to not get 100% unless I start over? Thanks.
