Buying Barracuda Bay OVER MSRP?

Hey y'all, I've been following/eyeing the set, and per answers to another thread, and after speaking with a lego store rep, barracuda bay is certainly retired... It popped back in stock at Target briefly, though I missed my chance to get it before it's gone for good. *Thus I ask... is it worthwhile to pick up a set (new) for ~$320 at 1.6 x MSRP now, before the price goes even higher?* I have found a few listings on ebay/amazon that seem reasonable, but I'm definitely not trying to pay more than $350 including shipping. Some retailers are already trying to sell the set at $400 and above.
