Help with Custom Lego Mini-Figurine

One of my friends is a huge fan of an obscure podracer in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace. His name is Ben Quadrinaros and I'd love to order my friend a custom lego minifigurine of Ben. As you can see he doesn't really fit the "normal" humanoid lego figure so whatever I do would have to be very custom.
Anyone have any experience with something like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
