Replay Bricks?

Has anyone ever heard of or used the site http://replaybricks.com ? I saw it on one of those Facebook sponsored ads or something along those lines. I quoted the extra bulk Lego I have laying around and it says it will give me more than what I could make on it at a garage sale. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with it or how you could know if it's legit or not because I would hate to send them 20 lbs. of Lego only to get scammed out of it
