2 different lawsuits for 2 different harms?

If someone breaks the law twice with the same action, can you sue them twice or does it have to be in the same case? Let's say someone breaks the law twice by intruding on your property and was streaking at the same time. Let's also say, hypothetically, that both of those things carry private rights of action. Can you sue them once for the trespassing, wait until the verdict is over, and then sue them again for the streaking?
