Can i chop up a dead body with the deceased permissions? Can I mail these parts? [VA]

If the deceased has a clearly written document stating they wish to be chopped up after death, am I allowed to follow through with that? Are any additional specifications (like who does the chopping, where it is, etc..) required?
Furthermore, as this now aligns with USPS guidelines of mailing a package under 70lbs, is there anything stopping me from mailing it legally? Obviously I would follow USPS guidelines for mailing perishables.
