For the uneducated, Fur Fun is a game on the Steam platform in early access. The game was intended to be a tribute to platformers along the lines of Banjo-Kazooie and other Rare platformers of the Nintendo64 days. It is the developer's conduct that I wish to bring to you today.
Question 1: If the developer of the game didn't like a particular review and can't get Valve to remove it, is it legal for him to revoke access to the game to the writer of said review, especially if said person obtained the game legally, as 'punishment' for the review?
Question 2: If no, what recourse does the writer have to be made whole?
Question 3: If the dev, who is from Spain, files a DMCA takedown strike against a video, how enforceable is the DMCA if the venue for any resulting litigation, if it happens at all, takes place in Spain and not the US?
EDIT: Some clarification is needed. According to the game's EULA, the law's that govern the game's copyright is Spain's not the US. This leads to one additional question, would the DMCA even be a weapon for him to use to "enforce copyright"?
