Considering Superboy (son of Superman) Is nearly as invincible as his father could Clark Kent be reasonably charged for child endangerment? The legal definitions from Google says:
Offense requires proof that: 1) leaving child unattended was likely to endanger health and welfare of child; 2) risk of harm occurring was substantial and unjustifiable; and 3) defendant's lack of awareness of risk of harm was gross deviation from normal standard of care.
Considering that 9/10 You need a specific rock to hurt this kid and that you can throw him in a war zone and launch missiles and bullets at him and maybe only give him eye irritation this kid would never be in risk. But he could technically be in dangerous situations
